I was doing reference chapter for blogging?!?! Blogs were running in my mind and I was compiling the reference chapter for each blog I was reading. Was I suffering from blog deficiency disease? I was away from my blog and from reading other blog posts for so long?

Around 6:30 it was and I woke up. Damn and thanks god it was a dream. I felt a slight pain in my neck maybe due to sleeping late the last night. I step off bed with a smile which lasted just a few minutes until I realize I had not completed the references section, the list of tables and figures and I have not yet edited the dissertation!

I fixed my eyes to the monitor to do the best I could and I simply dunno how it was already 8:00 and my Weetabix was over! I ran for a quick shower and deal with my teeth before someone misunderstand me.

I jumped into the nearest to be found set of cloth and was looking like 5 years old (My HSC pair of jeans)! I ran to get a taxi (maron) but I collided with a neighbor’s car who offered to give me a lift. I reached Yusha’s house some minutes later. Ohh again we got some little fight about what is really the Harvard System of referencing. She say it is X+Y and I say it is Y.  So she was yelling like hell.

Her mom gave me sandwiches. There were good with the butter and cheese and the tea too was good. I went to work back but finally find myself downloading Avast antivirus! My watch suddenly told me it was already 10:00! Damn I was stressed now. The reference part was done but no list of figures and tables and no editing!

It was too hot. We both left for university and reached UOM some 30 minutes later. My air conditioned project lab welcomes me. Heck the internet connection was down! Oh sign of God to make me work instead of lamenting on the net. I worked while Priscus was sleeping on the keyboard. Damn the automatic Table of Figures of Microsoft Word dumped me! So I had to do it manually.

Noon! I was hungry and so was Priscus. We went for a pair of ‘roti’ to be quick and was running to MGI so that my uncle print the whole 300 page document. I reached there to remember that I forgot to bring the blank papers! Damn.

Hopefully he had some reserves. And thanks god it was a laser printer and printed the whole stuff quickly. Ohh not to mention Priscus was doing the “interessant”.

Priscus: “Li pa responsab. Dimoun kapav en retard coumsa pou fer un dissertation”

15:20 we reached back to the University of Mauritius. I phoned my project partner Liinaa to know where she was. She was at the post office still printing her papers since……….11:30! I run in there with Priscus following me and Liinaa was going crazy.

I had to do my spiral binding too. I left Liinaa and went to run around to know where to do the binding. Priscus and I went to the shop near the bus stop and was told that there are 4 person before me! It was 15:30! We ran to the post office again and learned that there was 6 person before me! It was 15:35! I wanted to kill time!

Priscus said: Why we don’t try the University Press? I said ok and heck! There NO ONE before us there lol. What a luck! While the guy was binding the document I ran to the ATM to get some notes to pay the guys. Some minutes later my dissertation was ready to be submitted – But damn it was already 15:50 and at 16:00 the submission office would be closed! In the meantime I see my partner running to the press for her binding too.

And I remembered that I had to run too! Priscus took the three dissertation copies and went to the registrar while I ran to my lecturer to get her to sign the project declaration form!

Miss Durgahee: “Ou pe galoupe?”

Yea I was sweating like hell. It was passed 15:55!! I forgot to say thanks and just grab the paper and ran back like the craziest guy to the registrar!

I reached the office and entered like a mad guy! And hey I was not late as they were giving a small extension till 16:30! I submitted my dissertation with the soft copy too finally and walked out feeling so relaxed after such a stressful day!

What a day! I am off to sleep now. Priscus got so tired that she is ill now. She got fever. I hope she get well by tomorrow Goodnight buddies. So that was my day! What a day isn’t it?
