Google Mauritius Top 50 Search Words – June 2009

Wondering what are the most searched words on Google Mauritius right now? Things change on the web and I thought about updating the previous post for Google Most Searched Term In Mauritius with a new one for the past month of June 2009. So here is the list of the current Top 50 search terms on Google.mu based on June 2009 data collected.

So that was the most search list based on June 2009 Google data. Thanks to G.R who gave me some of the additional ones. Seem many things have changed since the last list posted in April 2009 here. However what I find really funny is the crazy search for KSBKBT and the other movie Kavyanjali rofl!! Pff…even I know people who would look for these series preview on the net so I don’t find it surprising.

and i am a heavy google user. and i know the reasons why s3x isn’t among the top search.. coz mauritians have evolved, they know googling about s3x will give ‘buy vi@gra’ stuffs…. so instead they search for “big tits asian”, ‘milf rachel +avi +www.rapidsh@re.com“, “sensual love making hot story +txt +html”
stuff like that 
which is why s3x isn’t in the list
most of my google search are sometihng like that or some log contents or application errors or other technical stuffs

I am astonished that there is no p*rn/s*x-related search in the list … is there some form of censorship?
Also, if I’m not mistaken, most Mauritians use live.com (since they use exploder to browse the web)

No infact yr comment is censored :p – Ok coming to it.. many believes that these words are the most searched ones but the reality is far from it. Mauritians are no more the primitive of web search. Maybe its fine with some teens who can look for it…but these days if for example myself i need to look fot a p*rn movie i wont go to google…i go directly to phazeddl or related.. and the minority who do look for it directly on google… (maybe they know only abt google lol) its nt sufficient to take the big share of mauritian web search.
The data above is only for google.mu and not for google.com or .fr which is also used by mauritians. About live.com…am nt so sure. Well I cannot confirm on this one whether mauritians uses live.com more than google.mu search but based on alexa it seems google.mu is more popular than live.com –
About explorer (IE) I think these days many have switched to firefox. I cant confirm on this one too however.. I need to do a browser survey for that lol
Note that the list above is not in order of most searched but mostly most searched per alphabetical ones. Curently the most search term in mauritius is jobs lol..
