USA President Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 and this was announced about 8 hours ago. First of all congratulation to the President. However now the Hamas group in Palestine are trying to be the worm in the meal.
Some hours ago, the terrorist group Hamas (yea they are terrorists!) made a public announcement to the world that Obama does not deserve the Nobel Peace Prize because he failed to give the Palestinian people their legitimate rights.
“We believe that there are lots of things needed from Obama to be presented to the Palestinian people in order to deserve this reward. Obama should change his manner and be fair,” said a spokesman for Hamas.
Personally I feel Obama merits this award! Why? Because even though he is the President of the USA and not our President, he is a fantastic man and politician I have not seen before. He has a unique way to greet people and also tackle many issues unlike some previous agitated person who reacted only like kids being kicked!
But then a question arises! Who and what is Hamas to even say that Obama does not merit the prize? Hamas is just a bunch of lazy and silly terrorists who are happily fooling people using other people’s pain as fuel for a tremendous profit making business called Terrorism! That’s it!
The latest buzz however comes from Hamas cousin in Pakistan, called the Taliban! They say that they are ashamed that such a man like Obama got this award. I think they expected Bin Laden to get the Peace Nobel Prize then!

Hamas sure is the one to talk. Unlike Hamas, Obama is actually trying to do something to bring about peace.
Hamas’s idea of “peace” is killing men, women and children and then whining like the cowardly goat lovers they are when they get slapped around like red headed step-children by their enemies and not much is said about it.
Unfortunately, Muslim extremists do not have the mental capacity to understand that killing innocents will not get sympathy from decent and moral people.

And why do you think he does not deserve it? — Well on my side I take this award as an encouragement to go one rather than really rewarding for what already done. But I’ll like to know why u think he shldnt have got it.

@Kurt Avish, That’s the thing, the Nobel Peace Prize is not meant to be given for encouragement, it’s given for work actually being accomplished. There are loads of people who have been risking their lives working for their country and community, for years and years. There are organisations who work in tough conditions to help people living in some of the worst conditions in the world.
Yet, Obama wins it when he’s been President for hardly 9 months? He hasnt done anything tangible, yeah he’s been an inspiration since he became President, but it’s only been 9 months and the US are still in Afghanistan, the US still support the Israelis,…etc He hasn’t done much yet. If you want to compare, look at Morgan Tsvangirai who has been beaten because he is against Mugabe, his wife died, despite all the misfortune, he still persevered and now is trying to rebuild his country. Another big example, Nicolas Sarkozy who has had direct involvement in peace talks between Georgia and Russia, and in the Middle East. There are more.
I just think it’s way too early for him to get this. He would have got it someday anyway. But it’s just ridiculous, given he’s barely been around for a year. Those who have campaigned for years and years on the frontline deserve it much more than him right now.
