Yesterday was a tragic day for Stephen Gately‘s fans. The cause of death of Stephen Gately is now known. The late Boyzone boy choked with his own vomit and suffocated.

The Mirror just announced that Stephen Gately drank a bit too much yesterday and eventually this lead to a vomit while he was drunk and asleep. The vomit entered his respiratory system and he choked without successfully removing the vomit due to the really high drunk level.

Yesterday, Stephen Gately was found by his partner Andy Cowles kneeling against the sofa. When he went to talk to Stephen, he noticed that the Boyzone star was dead.

There are currently some rumor saying that Stephen Gately was drunk due to depression but this is just absolute nonsense! Stephen Gately was on vacation and this sudden death is just an unfortunately slap in his destiny but there is nothing about depression nor overdose.

RIP Stephen Gately.
