J. Martell Foundation. The catalogue entry at the time erroneously described it as worn for the 'Billie Jean' video, but it is believed it may actually be the hat Michael wore at the beginning of his performance of the song in the 'Motown 25-Yesterday, Today, Forever' TV special in March 1983. This celebrated Tamla Motown's 25th anniversary, with appearances by the label's legendary names and also marked the first public performance of Michael's now-famous moonwalk. It looks like the Black Hat he wore is also being sold!
