Exit Nomad – Enter Emtel
Exit Nomad! Enter Emtel! – That somehow makes you, intelligent ones, remember the famous song by Metallica: Exit Light Enter Night. Except that here the facts are inverted! Since the last 5 days after the incident with Nomad’s customer care, we are no more using this dumb service!

The last time the Nomad modem was alive active here was on the 14th of December 2009 and now onward it is Emtel Wimax as Mauritian ISP. It seems that Nomad is bent on pushing away all its clients and only the loosers and absolute amateurs are left in that company. (Read this article if you missed it)
I called Emtel for a free home test on Monday morning. On the very same day they came and concluded that the network is ok here. On the next day itself (Tuesday) the technicians came to install the Wimax equipments.

Check this post for more about Emtel Wimax. But for now, here is a little video dedicated to Nomad staffs and company (specially those mor0ns who answered our phone calls)!
EXIT NOMAD – ENTER EMTEL

good you were able to change ISP…maybe there is a strategy behind it making all customers go for competitors and reduce some expenses and expenditure for Nomad as think their business is not being that profitable…
