James Bain Saved by DNA Test
James Bain, a man accused of kidnapping and raping a 9 year old boy has been proved innocent by technology. A more sophisticated DNA test (compared to the casual one) successfully proved the man as being innocent after nearly 35 years behind the bars.

After 35 years lost behind the bars, James Bain is a happy man even though he lost 35 years of his life for something he never did. As the court declared him innocent yesterday, he wore a black shirt saying “Not Guilty“!
The good side of this story is that James Bain is someone with a positive thinking. He said “I’m not angry. No, I’m not angry, because I’ve got God“, when asked about all these years lost for a crime he is not guilty of.
Now as a free man, the 54 year old dude dream is to eat good food everyday (he enjoys good recipes) and to continue his education. He was arrested when he was only 19 year old.

I just want to hug and kiss this dear man and tell him that I admire him beyond all others…I grew up in “the South,” and I know black men will always be given the shaft! It’s WORSE than anything — someone taking 35 years of a man’s life — please tell him that he is a hero, and when he goes to Heaven, I will get to meet him one day (I may very well go first!)

God is great. This man was given the shaft for something he didn’t commit.Now he can live his life. I’m with him and hug him!
