Pavel Valkovich, a 28-year-old chap is behind the bar because he is guilty for bank fraud involving hijacked paypal accounts to transfer large sum of money illegally! He was using stolen identities to transfer money into several Paypal accounts that he controlled.

However this is very common and there are scammers all around the world. His interesting crime is that he played the PC Game Hitman too much (we assume so). Among his prey, there was a police informant who was spying on his transactions. Pavel Valkovich learned about him and hired a hitman for $10000 to kill the informant.

He even ordered that a silencer gun to be used and the job should be done in a drive by shooting method. The cops caught wind of his mastermind plan and the plan failed. While being in jail, he then hired another hitman for $40000 to kill the first hitman and the informant!

Of course both failed! And who said that playing too much of Hitman is not bad for mental health? Pavel Valkovich awaits a maximum of 50 years of prison. May Satan bless him with a cripple p*nis in jail.
