Theodore Sypnier a 100 year old child abuser has been released from the State of New York Prison. His offense was that he kidnapped and raped two kids of 4 and 7 years old while he was baby sitting them years ago.
The Erie County District Attorney said that this man is as dangerous as he was years ago even if he is 100 year old now. Theodore Sypnier is a threat to children. He has been a threat all his life long to children and the District Attorney said it is impossible that he changes his intention now at 100 year old. Theodore Sypnier will be under supervised release until 2012.

What they are neglecting to state in most press releases is that Theodore Sypnier committed sex crimes after the age of 90!! I find it hard to believe that he is a changed man. The fact that he is 100 years old makes no difference.

He should not have been released no matter how old he is. He has to be punished for all what he has done with the kids! These type of persons will never change. He is still a danger for the public!!

Makes you wonder if he will live that long. Honestly though there will be those who say that he should be left alone as he’s done his time, but I know of pedophiles who have re-offended on release, and I sure wouldn’t want him near any kids I know.
Actually, if you think of it, if he was that way inclined, he could easily use his old age to lure the unsuspecting.
