Bing Using Google Adwords

Many wise people said that to play against a rival it is always good to play with the rival’s own tool. Well do it only if you can handle the tool of course. Bing.com, the search engine of Microsoft is apparently following this principle and using Google Adwords.

Check the screenshot above. For example when you search for “clip art” on Google, you will notice ads on the side and among these on the first spot, we notice that Bing is paying good money to get it’s result on the top as these keywords normally cost really expensive.

Just for the little fact: A bid on the keyword Pictures Dinosaurs itself cost between $0.90 to $1 per visitor send. (Based on Google Keyword Tool for Adwords Advertisers).

We already know that Google uses Adwords themselves to promote their own sites. For example you must be seeing many Nexus ads appearing on may Tech sites using Adwords. So I guess Bing is making a good move right into the clan of the rival.

A smart way to propagate the Bing Mania across the world as for the time being, Bing is mostly seeing an increase in usage in the USA. Well I tried to use Bing Images, and I must say the result display is great and even easier with the constant loading and scroll technique.
