Ellaone 5-day pill is the latest anti pregnancy and morning-after pill on the market. Reports have it that Ellaone is four time much reliable than the current morning-after pill Levonorgestrel.

Most of you must already know about Levonorgestrel. It is the pill that women need to take within 24 hours to prevent unwanted pregnancy in case where unprotected intercourse took place. Levonorgestrel is known to be at around 95% efficient at preventing pregnancy if it is used within 24 hours after having sex.

However, the same pill’s efficiency is reduced to around 58% if it is taken after 2 or 3 days. A new morning-after pill called Ellaone is now being made and this one is supposed to be highly efficient at preventing unwanted pregnancy even if it is taken at 5 days after the intercourse.

Ellaone is apparently also very effective if taken at Day 3 after intercourse. A recent study using this drug, gave a really astonishing result.

As for the price, it depends on your country of course (money) but in a general way, it will be about 3 times more expensive than Levonorgestrel. More expensive but better at preventing unwanted pregnancy while still being able to..have fun.
