   @Kurt Avish, yeps its called Navrati and is carried on for 9 days…

   i was just saying so because u added pics of Lord Durga…and Durga Nawmi is in October..
   you could have added pics of Lord Rama…as it is Ram Nawmi

   In fact this one we often called it Ram Navratri here but… atan check here lol: http://www.hindu-blog.com/2009/03/chaitra-navratri-2009.html — Its 9 days for the Goddess and then ends on Ram Nawmi day which is on 24. (Mo mem mn impe confuse ar sa ban words la la :S )
