Concepcion city is in a totally different part of the country. Concepcion is in the 8th region, which is basically right in the middle of the country. Calama is in the North of the country. The earthquake affected mostly Talcahuano city due to the tsunami and the earthquake. Please be careful with the information you upload, people might actually believe you. I am a survivor of the earthquake. I live in Talcahuano and it was very frightening.
