I took me 6 tries to take this close up photo of a fly. The photo below is that of a normal fly, the one that you often see roaming at every houses. However I wanted to go as close as possible to it before it flies away and take the shot.
Another one below and zoom in using firework. I doubt you will really appreciate the photos here, so click on them to view their original size one.
If you are thinking I used a special camera len and took the shot from far, then no. It was done via a mobile phone camera (N85) without the zoom mode on. The first tries resulted in an horrible shot but after deactivating the flasher, I managed to positioned the camera at about 1.5 to 2 cm away from the fly. On the first tries the fly went away 
But on the 5th and 6th, I got it.

Dude, 1.5 to 2cm? I don’t believe that!
A Nokia device will take a Macro Mode shot from 10cm onwards up to 50cm.
What mode did you use? Macro Mode or Auto?

@Kavi, nokia n85 using close up mode wiz flash off. U cn also view the mosquito one..that one was wiz z same mode bt nt so close. For z fly i wanted to get closer as i cn. Which nokia do u use? Wiz my n85 i cnfirm it cn get so close bt a slight movement of d hand while snaping ruin it.

I jst tried to take a close shot of a mag page at 2cm n yep its nt gud. I gues it shld hv been arnd 8 to 10cm. Weird… Mo p gagne beze net lor guess distance.
