3 humans were attacked on Wednesday by members of our elite race, the canine species in Mauritius. A Rottweiler and a German Shepherd were involved in this sad event and our dear elite members have been captured by the rats of the MSPCA!
Yashdev Choonucksing, the guy who in our opinion is fully responsible for this attack has been arrested by the Mauritian Police Force. For a recap, the incident happened at Calodyne (North of Mauritius) when a 12 year old guy was intercepted by our soldier the Rottweiler and two other kids of 5 year old were busted by our cute German Shepherd.
While this is a very sad event, we would like to precise that those two members of the canine species are NOT at fault. It was the duty of the owner to properly handle the “non-humans” and also keep them away from STRANGERS!
For these elite members of the canine species, those kids were simply labeled as STRANGERS and as such had a normal reaction to the interception of foreign bodies within their perimeter of action. Today we heard that those two animals will probably be killed and we dare to say that this is BULL$HIT!
Why kill the animals? The solution is to make the owner pay for the damages and be punished but the animals are not at fault.
Ps: This news is written in a fun tone only for IC funny tone mood of the day and is not meant to hurt anyone’s feeling, whether for the humans or the dogs(if ever they also read this).

You kidding me?Most of the time, the problem doesnt come from the owners or even from the dogs. The population itself, yes Mauritian people are academically good but the rest is shit. You should see how kids are with dogs. Throwing rocks to them… A weaker dog would be helpless, but when you have a fucking big molosse in front of you, don’t expect them to accept being mistreated! Try to throw rocks at a human being and you will see his response! It has never been proved that these dogs have attacked without any reason, for this case the witnesses said the kids provoked them! Instead of killing every good breed on the island, try to educate your kids and yourself by the way!

As a dog owner of a gsd cross and proffessional dog trainer in the UK, i will tell you that all dogs have the ability to attack or show inappropriate behaviour if not trained or handled correctly. If trained well, a rottweiler or GSD will be the PERFECT pet for any family, regardless if there are children around. I have trained many German Shepherd Dogs to obey their owners and live and socialise with their human owners as part of the family. Without any guidance they will not know how to behave. Same as children, a child without the guidance of its parents will run the streets, commit crimes etc.
People who do not have time to train the dog adequately should not get one. A dog requires the same level of attention as a 5 year old child. The older the dog is, the more time consuming the training will be as previous bad behaviour will have to be corrected in a way not to promote more bad behaviour.
I think Mauritius has a big problem with dogs but they do not know where to begin to fix the problem. so it continues in a vicious circle.

The dogs are not at fault. The owner should have made proper provision to keep the dogs away from strangers and give them proper training. Any type of dogs may bite a human, even stray dogs are very dangerous. We can’t discriminate among races of dogs.

People please, use some common sense. As an owner of a German Shepherd I dearly love, I can say, if you want one wait until your children are in their adolecent years before aquiring this breed in dog. They are very loyal, but only to one master.

For all those who love the Rottweiler, be informed that this dog is considered as a killer in the USA. it comes in second position after the pit bull terrier in the list of fatal attacks by dogs. Even in UK it is considered as a dangerous dog.

I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH KILLING THE DOGS…they are not at fault, if someone disagrees with this then he/she is insane…everyday human kills human or animals…wat are they punished for????NUFING.now 2 dogs hurt 3 child…wow idiots go around yelling they shld be euthanised…i wld advice mauritians 2 keep their dogs safe in their yard for the safety of human and as well as the animals themselves n whoever fail 2 do so shld pay fines…

i UNDERSTAND WHAT EVERYBODY IS SAYING,AND YES, THE DOGS SHOULD NOT BE KILLED. HOWEVER , BECAUSE OF THEM, THREE CHILDREN SUCH AS MYSELF ARE NOW SCARRED FOR LIFE AND WERE ALMOST KILLED.IT IS COMPLETELY THE OWNER’S FAULT FOR LETTING THE DOGS AT LARGE AND THEY ARE PROBABLY GOING TO BE PUT TO SLEEP, THOUGH I DISAGREE.
