While we have a lot of very good Bollywood movies, we also have some of the worst movies which you will obviously want to skip! Here we are looking at 10 tentative worst movies from Bollywood released between 2000 to 2010. Here we go!
1. Jaani Dushman(2000)
There have been plenty of saga’s over snake lords and their love lives, but nothing beats this Sonu Nigam’s so called showcase of acting. Once seen, never forgotten, it gets impossible to regret and erase from your memory. Taking a detour from the regular “sapera” and “been” routine, the snake gets all techno and rad. The scene of snake guy converting into a bike looks like Transformers cross pollinated with MIB (yes, the dress code)!
2. Naach (2004)
Ram Gopal Verma was never a favorite with me, but he had an audience who swore by the realism of his work. Abhishek Bachchan has always been bland, rather honestly a big bore. RGV just amplified it all by pairing him with Antara Mali and his sorry excuse for a dance movie script. It’s only three hours of weird postures (trust me, baba ramdev is a better deal) and pouts by the lead pair.
3. Neal and Nikki (2006)
Uday Chopra never had it in him. Tanisha was never allowed to have it in her. This is a shining example of how just cheesy lines, foreign locales and boob’s thrust into the face unmindfully do not guarantee a hit.
P.S: Uday had better make up man than Tanisha. Benefits of being the producer!
4. Aag(2007)
Ram Gopal Verma is an accomplished man, he just loves to better his record of rot every year with some more. This time round with Daddy Bachchan, who looks like a old hag acting all pimp to Haseena Urmila Matondkar, in the Mehboba song. Rest of the movie is imminently forgettable.
5. Tashan (2008)
One of the most talked about releases, which turned out to be the worst ever from the Yash Raj Banner after the debacle called Neal and Nikki. The movie had no story, only Saif and his weird headbands/cargo pants, Kareena’s size zero (skeleton) look and a forgettable Akshay Kumar. Did somebody mention Anil Kapoor?
6. Love Story 2050 (2008)
Harman Baweja’s debut flight, which never took off. Even a red haired Priyanka, some cheap special effects, robots with teddy bears and absolutely weird dance moves by Baweja couldnt save the movie.
7. Yuvvraaj (2008)
Subhash Ghai continues to believe that he weaves celluloid magic with human emotions and their intricacies, but what comes on screen is rather tragic. What could be said about a movie where the hero sings along the rainbows flying around in Armani.
8. Drona (2008)
Abhishek Bachchan as a super hero. EPIC FAI L! As you see Drona, the only thought that crosses the mind is – why in god’s name was this movie even made?
9. Mission Istanbul (2009)
What do you get when you put all the fail action and romantic heroes together. You get Mission Istanbul.
10. Kites (2010)
A passionate love story which only comes across as a rapid course in Spanish language. The movie had no story, no heart . The only thing that was expected was some dance and Hrithik managed to screw that as well. Beats Krishh and his leather cape.
