The blade got embedded in his cranium when he was stabbed during a robbery in 2006. Even if he had recurring terrible headaches, doctors did not find the knife in his brain. However, later on, two doctors confirmed that there was really a blade buried in Li Fu’s brain after having X-rays done. Li Fu underwent a surgery for the removal of the blade on Saturday at People’s Hospital in Yuxi, Yunnun Province. The operation was successful and he is now in a stable condition at the hospital. The blade was a bit damaged when removed. The doctor who did Li Fu’s surgery said that it was something very unusual and called it a “medical miracle” that they succeeded in removing the blade from the brain.
