Yesterday we heard that two teenage guys have been arrested because they had s*x with two other teenage girls. It’s the law and I agree to it but why the guys and not the girls? The law protecting children (supposed to be) in Mauritius is pure nonsense then!

So the story is that two college guys were busted by the cops along with their girlfriends at the Belle Mare beach. The two guys are from 17 to 19 year old while the two girls are 15-year-old. The Mauritian law says that any person found having s*x with a girl under 16 is liable for judiciary charges.

I already hear you saying that the guys merit it since they went against the law. Right? But here is the best part of the story. The two girls in fact LIED to their parents saying that there would be a special student meeting at the college that afternoon. The girls then went to the beach with their two boyfriends.

As the sun made its way further west, the girls phoned their parents to inform that they would be stuck with an urgent group work and would be back home the next day. Great American Pie story right? But where were the girls?

They were in fact enjoying on the beach at Belle Mare with the two guys and even opened up their holes for the big pump to pump the scream out of their ***** under the tent! — Oh how rude of me!

Cops who were patrolling the region, heard the “p0rn movie like sound” and went to have a look and caught the two couples on spot. “Oh lame moment to come in cops”

Now the two guys are busted while the two GOOD and INNOCENT girls are at home. But how and why?? Both girls were in need of some male heat(Oh yea!) and orga$m! They LIED to their parents to get f*ck on the beach. They screamed and enjoyed the 0rga$m to the max. They wanted it! But it is against the law. So the goddamn law must act but why busting only the guys?

Who supplied the holes to enable the insertion of the c0cks?! The President’s wife’s daughter’s neighbor? If the law need to act it needs to also see who provided the other side of the story. Saying this, it is often seen in many of those dumb teenage s3x case where the girl want it, she beg for it and after getting her dosage of the male reproductive juice, she feels weird and then complain to the cops. And who get busted? The guy! And women talks about equal rights? But if rights are to be equal it needs to be equal for both!

This post is not against women or girls but it is in fact to point out the flaw of the system and the wh0ry behavior of some teenage girls who beg for s3x and then make a whole scene out of it. If the law need to punish (with a fine of course..not prison), then it needs to do it for both girls and boys!

I understand that minors may want to experiment sex too but lets face it guys, you are too stupid to use contraception properly if u even used it!!! I agree to some extent with Kurt Avish…Of course those guys should be punished for they knew the girls were underage and blablabla…But still lets not say that those girls are not old enough to know what they were doing…Common when you were 15,you did a lot of shit,but still you knew that it was some bad stuff..They should be punished by the law too..Do some social work,clean the street..lol

Maybe you are unaware of that, but, this kind of prehistoric dumb law is not limited to Mauritius, even the US, UK and Japan have laws like that…there are many cases where only the male party is arrested, even though its consensual, even though the girls lured the boys over, even though the girls lied, even though, in some cases, both the boy and the girl are underage…

Some girls lose their virginity at 14 to other 14-15 yrs old boys[ I'm not defending underage wh0res and guys with no brains here, but, lets move on...].
These police guys should just have cared about their own business and not arrest a bunch of students for having s*x [Again, this is not limited to Mauritius]..

Hmmm…I’m curious though…what would have happened if no one was underage and the police barged in while they were…euhem, ‘poking’…

Had both parties been under the age of 16 then who would have been arrested?
(a) the BOYS
(b) the GIRLS
(c) both of them
(d) none of them (which would have been normal according to the law)

  @kounal, If both parties had s*xual intercourse despite the girl consent the guy will still be prosecuted. According to the law , consent regarding s*xual intercourse (it should involve penetration) cannot be provided by someone who is under 16. Moreover, it also covers an indecent act .

S*x eDUCATION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN OUR SCHOOL . COLLEGES AND UNIV…We have a moral obligation to protect the most vulnerable group of people in our society. Children are still children if trhey are under 16 , and if the state law say so , so be it.
Our society will go down the drain if the diversity issue of the national socila fabric is not looked at.
Parental responsibilities , parents must be questions and prosecuted if they cannot looked after their children , They must be accountable for their childrens act.
Religious values, faith , culture , where are these thesedays.

EVERYONE , beit a boy or girl who have S*X with a mineur must be prosecuted not necessarily imprisoned or put on a s*x offenders list , but, must be on the list of the social services and they are monitored closely.

We talk of equal opportunity act. But acting in an opportunity with girls breeds danger. Girls wanted to have sex with boys but it the boys who got tt pay fore it. That is not fair.   In my personal opinion I don’t think a girl of 15 or 16 upward does not know what is s*x and does not know what she is doing. Maybe her vision of having s*x is different from a more mature girl of over 18 but yet we can’t use the Naive and Innocence fact to say that ONLY the guys were wrong in doing so. I wanna be clear here…I am not saying the guys are not wrong. I am saying BOTH are wrong so BOTH (guy and girl) should pay the fine.
  
  I can’t really give u an age where I’ll qualify a girl as a kid as it differs in different countries but also about the factor we are talkign about. Here we are talkig about Mauritius, Factors: Year 2009, A Form 5 student and also the opinion about s*x factor. So considering these factors, I’ll say if the girl would have been 13 then maybe we could have said that the guys fooled the girls and whatever. Again this is my opinion and this age value can differ from others opinion. But then we’ll also have to consider the age of the guys if the girls were 13 or less…
  
  Saying this, does not mean that I am saying that girls above 13 can have s*x. What I wanna say is if the 15 year old girls know how to have s*x and even made up such a perfect plan to spend time at the beach, we cant keep saying the guys are only at fault. Well the the guys got stuck simply because the gals were minor. NOthing can be done for them koz we are binded by the law. Just to bad for the guys.

  No I do not have any problem with girl having s*x. If they wish to do it and both partners are fine with and even take the precautionary measure, then there should be no problem. (Well there is the cultural aspect now). People will of course gossip when a girl of 13 do it.
  
  The point that I don’t like in this case is when the girls want it and even go for it, they wont complain before doing it. They will enjoy it but then after having the dosage, they’ll either make a whole scene out of it and then its the guys who are in trouble. But why even do it at first?? They should think about the post-s*x well before doing it (or BEGGING for it as it is often the case!).

Dude, you do forget one thing. THIS is Mauritius (in the tone all Liverpool fans know… ) !   Compare a boy of 18 year old and a girl in Mauritius of 15 year old. Who do you think is more mature and wiser at decision taking? THE GIRL. It is a fact! – I AM NOT SAYING THE BOYS ARE NOT GUILTY.
  
  The guys are guilty too and need to pay the applicable fines whatever but the girls too are guilty. Come on, are these 15 year old girls like 5 years old girls to be so naive and innocent that they dunno what they were doing. And THE WORST they even know how to make a perfect plan to fool their parents to spend the time at the beach (at night en+) with their boyfriend.

    I have to disagree with you (again). I don’t think it is a question of who is wiser, you’re making it as if boys are stupid :p. If you compare the scenario of the same situation of a girl of 13 years and of a boy of 21 years. Here you will obviously say that if a s3xual relationship exists it is the boy who is guilty, and the girl is totally innocent. The problem is that the law cannot say “oh if there is a big enough age gap it is illegal”. There has to be a strict age, a strict rule where it becomes an offence. That age is 16. I understand, and agree to a certain extent, that yes perhaps the girl knows perfectly well what she is doing and what the consequences are. But, the 17-19 year old guys KNOW that what they are doing is illegal.
    Even if she was 15 years and 364 days old, she is under 16 and it is an offence.

So if there is a punishment by the law for it, it should be for both. We can’t say the girl is a kid and she didnt know what she did. The law must be for both UNLESS there is a condition which prove that the girls were FORCED or BLACKMAILED to do so.

It’s because of their age. If it was the other way around (the guys that were underaged) it would be the girls that are arrested. The law makes it that the circumstances of the case are irrelevant. If someone has s3x with another who is underage, it is them who is committing a wrong. The law cannot assume that the girls ‘wanted it’ (as you so put it! :p), you can’t rule out the fact that the girls were misled or put under pressure to lie to their parents.

You’ve seem to make this article personal, it needs a little more objectivity!

The cases are almost inexistent here to have a guy go to complaint at the police that an older girl showed him how to craft children on bed lol.
  
  The pressure part..I dont agree. A 15 year old girl in Mauritius is no more a 15 year old girl her of the 1990s.. These girls know very well what they were doing and how come the “pressure” factor comes in? – Well one example of the pressure factor could be “si to pa vini mo pu kit toi” lol.. but who is so dumb to go with these reasons in 2009?
