As from this week, the Mauritius Football Betting Tips game is starting on the forum of Island Crisis. The game will allow you to share tips for a predefined set of fixtures and points will be allocated therefore making it another tipsters league like game.
About one week ago, the forum’s launch was announced however it was only for daily football betting discussions. Somehow it lacks the real competition and participation so after gathering feedback from existing members of the forum, we now have another “somehow similar” game like for the Horse Racing Tips but this time it is for football and will be done on the forum. The forum is accessible for discussion everyday of the week, however the game competition will be done only on Saturdays or Sunday or at times a mixture of match from both days. Let me explain how the game proceeds. Each week, a set of 10 match will be selected from various fixtures of Saturday and Sunday (at times from only one of the two days).
Normally when you bet, you select match from different leagues in your acc. But this game is a bit different in the way that I will select the 10 match and then you bet based on it. Preference will be given to the most popular team that we know here in the Mauritian context of course.
Scoring Method
You will have to give your acc based on that 10 match and as mentioned on the forum board here. So basically you will have 10 answer in total of course. Each good answer (eg for Manchester UTD vs Arsenal, you said Manchester UTD win) you get 10 pts.
Now if all the 10 tips you gave are right you get a bonus of 100pts. That is if all your 10 tips are good you are getting 200pts in total while if let’s say only 6 are good you get 60pts.
